Appointment Cancellation Policy:

We require at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

 

To cancel an appointment, please call us at (510) 999-3439, or feel free to cancel your appointment through the website. Additionally, an appointment made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is considered a firm appointment without any flexibility.

 

Please note, in the event you:

1. Need to cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before OR 

2. You miss your appointment

You will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled.

 

This policy is in no way a reflection of our desire to make things difficult for our clients; on the contrary, this policy will encourage people to make appointments they intend to keep. We understand that things come up, so we simply ask that you give us enough notice so we can continue to help as many people as our schedule allows. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
